We had not bought nor sold a home in over 25 years, so our experience was very limited. Patrick met with us first to explain everything about Baird Warner and how this Agency would benefit us. Then after we decided to go with Baird Warner and use Patrick as our agent, he guided us through every process and step of the way. He was an instant benefit and he was there throughout which indeed was a blessing. WE had over 25 years of "family" spread everywhere in our home, and as having a Home Office and Business, Patrick paved the way on how to begin depersonalizing our home. Once after his explanation of how and where to start, we packed things away, he came over and "staged" the house, then brought a beautiful Area rug, Bathroom Towels and rug, with a lovely vase and soaps to place in the Bathroom! Despite our initial apprehension , Patrick removed our fears and away we went. He guided us throughout the way and held many open houses, which were total successes. He gave us the feed back immediately and called us with any question there was just when the persons asked,therefore communication was instantaneous and accurate. After a near fatal occurrence, Patrick took the house off the market as needed and followed the progression of the situation not as a Realtor , but as a friend until we we back in full swing. There was not a time when Patrick wasn't there for us. Full Service wasn't even the half of it. The Photographer Photos for Advertising, the Listing and even having a Drone take photos of the property was amazing. Patrick reminded us this was a process and was so positive we could not help but be excited. Our house had some unique floor plans and we knew it had to be the right person with our similar tastes, which we knew was not everyone who can through. Patrick did an excellent job meeting individuals needs through the Open Houses, and they too knew him to be open and honest about the particulars. We could not have found a better man to be our agent, we could not have found nor imagined how we would become dependent and so close to a Realtor. Patrick is truly a much cherished friend. He came a cross an interested potential buyer from one of the Open Houses and we set a course for contract. Once we began the process, Patrick advised us on what specific we should have in place. We felt at first we could be more flexible but as it turned out Patrick was right. We found this match was not in our best interest and the buyer did not meet the criteria in the end which turned out to be a blessing. When the new family came to an Open House Patrick new after the third visit they we the perfect fit. The process began and went smoothly with both parties being happy and satisfied. Patrick gave us all the information we needed to have a super end to a long journey. The attorney was so personable, and we ended completely ready for our future endeavors. Patrick Shaw is a true and honest Professional with the upmost integrity.
